地下鉄の駅が近く、またOxford CircusやPicadelly Circusも徒歩圏内。我々はHyde Parkから徒歩でホテルまで帰ってこれました。部屋はコンパクトですが綺麗で使い勝手は良かったです。アメニティーは少ないですが特に問題なし。あと市内観光バスがホテル目の前のバス停留所に停まるため便利です。 強いて言えば、ロビーは階段が多く、ベビーカーやスーツケースを運ぶには専用エレベーター（車椅子用）を使う必要あり面倒だった。 |

２歳５ヶ月の幼児と一緒であったが、一階のバーでお茶、夕刻から午後までワイン等も無料でサーブされ、気分転換ができた。スペイン資本であり、ラテン系のサービスは実に心地よかった。 ロンドンでは、過去６回ほど滞在しているが、いずれも２星、３星であった。今回、４星である当ホテルを利用し、３星と４星の質の差が極めて大きいと実感。他方、料金がもう少し安く抑えられれば、良い。次回も利用したい。 |

Rooms are not soundproofed at all, was put in a smoking room even tho requested non smoking, whole floor stank of smoke, staff would not change my room. No hair conditioner either which is bad for a 4 star hotel |

On arrival, we were told that the only available non-smoking room had a smaller than usual bed - or we had the option of paying £30 for an up-grade. We asked for a non-smoking room at the time of booking, so this shouldn't have been an issue. |
