The staff werte nice and friendly and the food was nice.

The value of the room was quite bad even for the London area

Staff were polite, friendly and (apart from the breakfast room) efficient.

Breakfast was (at times) chaotic -- seemingly due to staff shortage and (at times) poor supervision. The mattresses were new but too soft for someone with a bad back. The excellent TV facilities were marred by slow, inflexible menu software.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were equipped with esentials ie hair dryers, kettle, tea making facilities and irons.The vast choices at breakfast

We had to change rooms on the first evening as the room was extremely cold and the heating was not working. However this was resolved immediately with no hesitation.I did not like having to wait 20 minutes from been given the menu to been able to place an order at the restaurant on site.

The room was comfortable enough, if a bit cramped, and clean; the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was ample, though it got boring after a few days since the selections never vary.

It's pricey for what you get, especially since they've taken away free internet access. The front desk staff is a bit snooty, and after three stays there, most recently this past June, I would have expected to be treated in a more friendly manner.

The room and the location for sight seeing and proximity to the Circle Line underground at Holborn and quiet all at the same time! The full English breakfast was excellent too!

The location is very good

Lobby is rather bleak and unwelcoming with not enough seats. Poor room this time, very noisy due to air conditioning extracts on all night nearby.
